Paula K. Van Slyke

Paula was awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Vanderbilt University in 1974 and her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree in 1978 from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. At Cumberland, Paula was a member of the Law Review and the Curia Honoris Society. Following graduation, she served a one year clerkship to the Honorable Clarence W. Allgood, United States District Court, in Birmingham, Alabama and a one year clerkship to the Honorable Falcon B. Hawkins, United States District Court, in Charleston, South Carolina. In 1980, Paula entered the private practice of law and joined Corbett Crockett in 1988.

Paula is licensed and has been admitted to practice in all of the State and Federal courts in Tennessee. She is also licensed to practice law in Alabama. Paula is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations.

Paula practices in the areas of real property transactions and corporate and commercial transactions.
